Once Phil and his team established SuperGlass in major cities, a new strategy needed to be developed to concentrate efforts on smaller geographic areas. Phil explains that supports these efforts to push for and fulfil certain coverage gaps.

“We’ve continued advertising with every month for the last 7 years. Yes, there are low points, but there are also high points. It’s a constant investment we are willing to make because of the success rate,” says Phil.
