Claire is an esteemed entrepreneur in the franchise world and founded Extra Help in 2010. The franchise offers a flexible range of services to support the elderly, new mums and dads, and busy parents.

Claire explains that the franchise aims to help people live a longer and happier life in the comfort of their own homes. The franchise continues to grow throughout the United Kingdom, with 33 franchisees and 30 territories.

Claire, who is also a franchise consultant, explains that she has developed long standing relationships with our team, but had never advertised her own franchise on the site.

“I advertise some of my clients on the site and manage their accounts. I was really impressed by the special offers you give, because it helps new players in the market come on board. So, I decided to advertise Extra Help,” says Claire.

When it comes to generating lead prospects for a business, the debate over quality versus quantity will always exist. Some business professionals may prefer one over the other, and Claire explains that quality is what makes different.

Quality over quantity

“For me personally, it’s not about the number of leads that matter. It’s about the quality, and I think that’s the difference with and other sites. Efforts are more targeted and the enquiries that I got were from serious buyers."

Claire uses one of her clients as an example. She recommended to them as the site can target interested buyers in specific territories.
