A Business with Purpose

Training and Support from Day One

New franchisees receive a full week of training at Head Office in Penrith, Cumbria, covering key areas including:

• Marketing
• Safeguarding
• Lesson planning
• Financial management
• Business systems

Following initial training, franchisees are supported by a dedicated mentor throughout their first year before moving into the wider network support programme.

Further development includes refresher training and additional phases covering successful shows, local events, awards, and Easter and summer schools.

Franchisees also benefit from established marketing resources, operational guidance, ongoing online training and the experience of the wider Razzamataz network.
