Earn your black belt in business
You don’t need previous experience running a martial arts school – the training is designed to give you a clear, straightforward start.
From day one, the focus is on building your confidence so you can step into your first classes knowing exactly what you’re doing and how the business works. Your initial training is delivered over two weeks and combines online learning with hands-on, in-person experience.
You’ll also spend time at a live Proaction school, seeing how classes are delivered and how instructors interact with members – which helps everything click into place.

You’ll have regular access to business coaching, helping you stay on track with performance, member growth and long-term development.
