How Does My Store Work?

You can choose from our larger 1,000 sq. ft. stores or the smaller 600 sq. ft. The difference in set-up costs between these two options is around £20,000. The set-up includes the franchise fee, site build costs, equipment, legal fees, initial marketing and stock, Q1 rent, sub-total set-up costs and VAT.

You order directly from us through cloud-sharing spreadsheets, so you have an idea of the costs. The stock will arrive at your store on pre-arranged delivery dates and is ready for you to heat and serve.

All our sauces are pre-made, our meat pre-cooked, and our vegetables pre-cut/washed. It’s part of the Chop Wok Express™ system that has been deskilled to the point where you don’t require a professional chef on your staff.

You will be fully trained in all areas of store operations and will be in charge of staff management. This is your business, and we will do all we can to help you flourish in this new chapter of your career.

Finding Your Hotspot

You can find a location for your store, or we can help you search and assess a spot using available resources and agents based on maximum travel time from your home.

With a shortlist of potential high-footfall areas in busy urban locations, we’ll complete a feasibility study and keep you in the loop as we negotiate with landlords. Best of all, we’ll operate within a timeframe to suit you, with no pressure regarding completion until you’re ready to go.
