Buy & Bite is driven by a passion for offering sumptuous food that really tickles the tastebuds. We specialize in simple, authentic cuisine from the Far East. We focus on local dishes that are quick to prepare using only traditional cooking techniques. We offer a unique fusion of authentic Japanese, Korean and Chinese food, such as bao buns, bento boxes, curries and rice bowls. The menu is highly nutritious, using fresh ingredients low in fat and high in protein.

Our menu brings a broad appeal as we’re popular with meat eaters, veggies and vegans across a wide customer range, including workers, shoppers, students and tourists looking for lunch, dinner or just a snack. Our signature dish is Omurice, the classic Japanese omelette served with rice and edamame, plus a choice of meat, fish or tofu.

The initial training lasts two weeks, held at our HQ in London. This is supplemented by a further two weeks spent with the franchisee and their team during the launch phase, focusing on sharpening up management techniques and operational practices.

Buy & Bite is a management franchise. As a network partner, you’ll be required to apply proven commercial expertise to manage all aspects of the restaurant effectively:

No previous experience in the catering and hospitality sectors is necessary. The key attributes you’ll require are good leadership and people skills, plus the drive and determination to develop a successful restaurant business, perhaps building it to become a multi-unit operation.
