Home Instead named as top 3 franchise business
Home Instead is delighted to announce that they have been named as one of the UK’s top 3 franchise businesses in the Elite Franchise Top 100 2023 (EF 100) league table.
The EF 100 league table is not all about a company’s size or financials. The ranking system also values aspects of a company such as the benefits it brings to the communities it serves, support for its franchise owners and how staff are valued.
Innovation is also taken into account with our entry highlighting our new live-in and healthcare at home services as well as our partnerships with organisations such as Parkinson’s UK and Alzheimer’s Society that see us sharing expertise and best practice with each other.
Commenting on the result, Home Instead CEO UK & International Martin Jones said, “This has been another year of supporting people to live well and independently in their own homes. At the same time our teams have supported people in local communities across the UK with everything from Dementia Workshops and Memory Cafes to digital training and scam awareness sessions.
“Our own charity, Home Instead Charities, has continued to flourish and funded initiatives to prevent loneliness and bring joy to people’s lives.
“The Home Instead network of offices has continued to grow and the business with it. This only means one thing – that we are able to support more people.
“It is wonderful to be acknowledged in this way. Our position in this league table bears testament to another year of dedication from our national office team, our wonderful franchise owners and, of course, their amazing teams and care professionals. Well done everyone!”
