PACK & SEND franchise network jets off for annual conference

PACK & SEND franchise network jets off for annual conference

PACK & SEND UK, the leading packing and shipping franchise recently jetted their network off to Palma, Mallorca for their annual conference.

For obvious reasons, in person conferences have been shelved since 2019, so it was great for the network to come together again to celebrate, share best practice and learn from one another.

20 franchise partners from across the UK attended, as well as the management team and board from HQ. They enjoyed various talks and seminars from different franchisees, as well as having the chance to network and connect with their peers.

Mike Ryan, CEO of PACK & SEND UK commented: “After a very unusual few years and many Zoom video conferences, it was great to meet everyone face to face at our annual conference – and an even bigger treat to meet in sunny Palma.

“We welcomed new faces to the network and discussed changes and innovations, sharing anecdotes and learning from each other’s experiences. Our network has faced many obstacles over the past few years; the pandemic and Brexit to name a few have been obstacles we have been able to hurdle with the help of our ‘No Limits’ culture – an optimistic approach that all our franchisees have, helping them to tackle a broad range of shipping consignments.”

Brexit and the pandemic have seen PACK & SEND franchise partners stepping up and demonstrating their ‘No Limit’s culture. Their services have been more relevant than ever.

PACK & SEND franchise partners have seen significant growth as a result, with revenues increasing consistently by 26% in each of the last two financial years. Average annual revenues were in excess of £360,000 in the last financial year, with the top 25% of franchisees averaging in excess of £520,000 with a typical gross margin for all stores reaching around 65%.

Mike continued: “It has been a time of great growth for our network, with our two most recent service centre openings achieving record revenues in their first year. It was wonderful to be able to come together and celebrate this success.”
