Home Instead wins prestigious Global Franchise Award for 2022
Home Instead has been named as the winner of the Global Franchise Award for 2022 in the Nursing and Care category, which was presented at the awards ceremony in San Diego.
Home Instead UK is part of a global brand, which is leading the way in home care - praised for their pioneering client-first approach. Home Instead has an ambitious strategy to become a global catalyst for change, helping to expand the world’s capacity to care.
The awards process noted that Home Instead displayed excellence across a range of different categories. Commenting on their decision to present the award to Home Instead, the judges remarked: “For us, there were three factors that set Home Instead apart from other brands in the sector. Firstly, the level of strategic and practical support provided, including marketing, learning and development.
“Secondly, the sheer scale and continued success of a business firmly rooted in building solid partnership relationships and driven by a clear mission. And thirdly, their unique culture of togetherness that ensure the whole organisation responded effectively to the new and exacting demands of the Covid pandemic.”
