Hat-trick for Home Instead at the Home Care Awards 2021
Home Instead is very proud to have won three awards at this year’s Home Care Awards. The awards recognise outstanding achievement and innovation in the home care sector, and the home care franchise is pleased to have won in the following categories: Best Home Care Group or Franchise network, Marketing, and Outstanding Individual for our CEO, Martin Jones.
Furthermore, their franchise offices in Dartford and Wetherby were named as ‘highly commended’ in their categories: Best start-up home care Company or Franchise, and Specialist Dementia award, respectively.
CEO of Home Instead, Martin Jones comments: “Congratulations to all finalists and winners, who are clearly doing such great work in our sector. It has been an unusual year and the whole sector has adapted and innovated to continue keeping people safe and well in their homes.”
The Best Franchise Network and Marketing awards bear testament to the huge amount of support Home Instead deliver to their franchise owners. Their team of 70 plus experts at National Office constantly support franchisees, be that through the ground-breaking marketing campaigns they run, including being the first home care company to advertise on national television, or the partnerships they forge to enhance the care they can provide, their National Office team’s focus is on supporting the network; allowing Home Instead franchisees and their teams to deliver outstanding care.
