Local award-winning Malvern entrepreneurs, Stuart Callister and Eve Winkler, have plenty to celebrate this month. In addition to their substantial increase in turnover, this month also marks the second-year anniversary of their professional domestic housekeeping franchise, Bright & Beautiful, which they celebrated with their win at a regional awards ceremony.

With an ever-expanding client base of busy local people in need of a domestic cleaning service, this year has been a year of growth for Stuart and Eve, as turnover increased by more than 170% from the previous year. They also expanded their trusted team, now numbering 18 professional housekeepers, who provide a bespoke and tailored service that offers cleaning, tidying, laundry and ironing to the highest standards of security and service. Together, Stuart, Eve and their team have delivered more than 3,000 home service cleans over a 12-month period.

During their time as franchise owners, Stuart and Eve have played actives roles in their local community; earlier this year Stuart was made a ‘Worcestershire Ambassador’ in recognition of his efforts to promote the county of Worcestershire as a great place to live, visit and do business.

Their hard work and dedication to providing an exceptional service to clients across West Midlands was recognised earlier this month when Bright & Beautiful Malvern Hills was awarded the West Midlands’ ‘Best Domestic Cleaning Service Provider’ in the Customer Satisfaction category by the 2019 Midlands Enterprise Awards. The award, which is founded by SME News, acknowledges businesses that make a real effort to give their clients the quality of support and service they expect.
