Ashley and Tracy Waller - Bedford
Employment History:
Ashley had twice been made redundant during his sales career, so was looking to take control of his own career. Tracy’s management position in a dental practice had given her firm business experience but she wanted a role where her efforts would be better rewarded. A relative recommended franchising as a great way to start their own business, so after thorough research Ashley and Tracy chose to invest in an existing successful Metro Rod franchise.
The Franchise:
Ashley and Tracy saw the choice to invest in Metro Rod as a chance to shape their financial future. They’ve both enjoyed the variety of challenges that working for themselves brings – no two days are ever the same! What’s more, they’re proud of managing the team that they’ve built together, and of adding their own local accounts to the existing client base of their Metro Rod business.
In Their Own Words:
“At times running an extremely busy business to the very high standards Metro Rod expect is really challenging. It’s not easy, but if you work hard you will get the rewards.”
