Deal adds more than 50 franchise units and grows Dwyer Group to £1.2B in system-wide sales.

The Dwyer Group, Inc., one of the world’s largest parent companies of trade service brands, has completed the add-on acquisition of Bright & Beautiful, a home cleaning service based in Manchester. The deal marks the ninth acquisition for Dwyer Group in the last few years and grows the organisation to £1.2 billion in system-wide sales. Dwyer Group will now have 15 franchise brands with more than 2,800 franchisees across service brands and a record 600+ employees throughout North America, U.K. and Germany.

What began as a vision for an ethical, friendly and professional homecare business by founder Rachel Ray has grown over the last 10 years into a system of more than 50 franchisees, employing 700+ employees.
