Malvern couple Stuart Callister and Eve Winkler are celebrating a hugely successful first year in business running their Bright & Beautiful franchise, a national domestic housekeeping service provider and part of Neighborly, formerly the Dwyer Group,

Having launched in Malvern in 2017, Stuart and Eve went on to grow their team and are also now offering their professional and eco-friendly cleaning, tidying and laundry services in the Worcester area to meet local demand. They also now have two branded cars and a dedicated high street office which offers a bespoke ironing and laundry service.

As well as employing 15 professional housekeepers,  the growth of their business has meant that Stuart and Eve have created a number of managerial positions in order to care for clients and manage team training including the appointment of a Quality & Training Co-ordinator and a Client Relationship Co-ordinator.

Stuart and Eve both enjoyed highly successful careers before deciding to fulfill the dream of a lifetime and launch their own business. Stuart combined a career teaching Fine Art and Art History with senior management positions in education, most recently holding the position in the independent schools sector of Director of Art at Malvern College and Eve had a rewarding career as a children’s nanny, looking after many families and their homes.

Stuart said: “Eve and I both come from a long line of entrepreneurs – our family’s businesses include butchers, greengrocers, a carpentry business and a retail chain - so there is definitely something in our genes that has inspired us to become our own bosses. 

“We’re so proud to be celebrating our first year in business and to have been able to build a business that has created so many roles for local men and women and that is delivering a great service at the heart of the community.”
