Simply the best – that’s final

Fantastic feedback from our franchisees has secured a shortlisting for our brand in the 2015 Best Franchise Awards’ £75+ investment category.

We are thrilled to be finalists in these significant sector awards, which are based on feedback from franchisees in Smith & Henderson’s annual Franchisee Satisfaction Survey.

Our 2015 survey results brought home the highest rating possible for the third consecutive year - the 5 Star Rating making a high five hat-trick for franchising with Home Instead.

This year’s survey was completed by 95% of our franchisees – demonstrating our business owners’ engagement in the research with 2015 headline findings including:

·      99% of franchisees believe the services they provide are better than the competition
·      94% of franchise owners believe the brand helps them differentiate themselves in the market place
·      92% of franchisees believe the franchisor’s leadership has a clear vision for the future

We are one of three finalists in our Best Franchise Award category this year.  We scooped the top award in 2013 and were finalists in 2014 – making three consecutive years in the top tiers of franchise recognition.

We believe our brand of homecare, where care and companionship go hand- in-hand, is simply the best and we’d love to add this 2015 award to our franchise accolades. Winners will be announced at the Best Franchise Conference on 26 November.

Steven Frost, Director of Smith and Henderson, said: “Many congratulations to all our finalists; because of the unique way our awards work, based on testimonial from their own franchisees, these finalists should be congratulated for already being amongst the best of the best in British franchising.”
