With more than 220 cleans to perform every month across South Essex, professional domestic housekeeping franchise business, Bright & Beautiful, is celebrating five years of delivering a first-class service to residents in and around Grays.

Since launching her ethical and eco-friendly cleaning business in 2014, Niamh Wakeling, franchise owner of Bright & Beautiful Grays, has demonstrated success by continually growing her business year on year where, in this year alone, turnover increased by around a quarter.

With an ever-expanding client base of busy local people in need of a domestic cleaning service and more than 1000 hours of cleaning to perform every month, Niamh has had to invest heavily in her workforce by expanding her trusted team to 10 professional housekeepers and four Team Leaders, all of whom have been carefully selected, referenced and DBS checked to ensure client peace of mind.

During her time as a business owner, Niamh has played an active role in her local community; earlier this year, Niamh and her team held a tea party for elderly clients in aid of reducing social isolation and loneliness. The event was a huge success, with plans in place to host another event at the end of the year.
