Home Instead is No. 1 for Home Care… Again

Award winning at-home care franchise company Home Instead Senior Care is delighted to announce that we have, once again, been revealed as England’s top homecare provider.

Our sector-leading position has been confirmed by LaingBuisson who are the UK’s leading healthcare information specialist. They produce league tables based on data from Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection reports of the country’s home care providers.

These tables show the percentage of inspected branches which are fully compliant with CQC’s core standards. Home Instead’s score in the latest tables was 96.9 per cent.

Our number one position follows news that we are the first national home care provider to receive an Outstanding judgement in the CQC’s new rating system.

Earlier this month CQC announced its first three Outstanding judgements under the new approach, which has seen published ratings on over 300 services to date.

The Outstanding judgement was awarded to our West Lancashire and Chorley office, recognising our very personal brand of home care.

Commenting on the company’s number one position, our CEO Trevor Brocklebank said:

“It is very satisfying to receive this affirmation of the work we do. I am extremely proud of our teams across the country whose hard work and dedication to caring for older people has resulted in us being named number one once again.”

Home Instead Senior Care is a management franchise and no care experience is needed as full training is provided. There are nearly 160 franchise offices throughout the UK and there are still many areas available, so there are lots of prospective clients that are still not able to receive the fantastic care Home Instead Senior Care provides. It is a fantastic opportunity for people interested in running their own successful business, while also making a difference in their local community at the same time.

If you are considering a home care franchise, come and meet the team at the National Franchise Exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham on 20 and 21 February 2015, we will be on stand F130. We have a number of free tickets available, so please get in touch.
