Another great win for Home Instead Senior Care

At home care franchise Home Instead Senior Care is delighted to be presented with the Continuous Improvement Award in the Smith & Henderson Best Franchise Awards 2014.

This award is presented to franchisors that have improved their results in the independent Smith & Henderson Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey year on year, demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement. This is the first year that the Continuous Improvement Award has been presented and Home Instead was one of only 8 companies to receive this accolade.

Home Instead was also presented with their second consecutive 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award and were runner up in the Best Overall Franchise Awards 2014 in the £75k+ investment category.
