Unquestionably the UK’s No 1 – Latest report confirms top scores for Home Instead

Award winning at-home care franchise company Home Instead Senior Care is delighted to announce that we have, once again, been named as England’s top homecare provider.

The result comes from the UK’s leading healthcare information specialist, LaingBuisson who, for the last year, have been producing quarterly league tables based on data from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The tables shows the percentage of inspected branches which are fully compliant with CQC’s core standards covering care, safeguarding, staffing, management and respect for service users.

The most recently revealed league table (taken from LaingBuisson’s July Care Compliance Monitor report) shows Home Instead in the same number one position that we held at this time last year.

Delighted with the results, our Chief Executive Trevor Brocklebank was keen to congratulate the company’s 6,500 caregivers, “I am immensely proud to hear these results today.

“We are totally focused on providing top quality care for older people, care which is tailored to the needs of individuals and which allows them to remain in their own homes, leading an independent life. The work we do also bring peace of mind to families and this is also hugely important.

“What these results confirm is that our teams across the country, and in particular our dedicated and committed caregivers, are doing great work and it is gratifying to see this recognised by a leading industry organisation.
