A number of Home Instead franchise offices have recently been delighted to receive an outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), a status achieved by only 3% of home care companies. They have been praised for their dedicated care teams, exceptional training programmes and innovative approach to care that puts clients at the heart of everything they do.

Those that have recently gained this rating are Home Instead Oxford, Home Instead Warrington & Lymm, Home Instead Mid- Norfolk and Home Instead Bristol North.

Receiving the regulator’s highest rating speaks volumes about the quality of care these offices provide within their communities. As part of its inspections, the CQC speaks with care professionals, clients and families to understand their experiences of the service. Their feedback painted a glowing picture of Home Instead as both a company that provides compassionate care and a supportive employer.

Home Instead franchise teams are more than local business owners. They are trusted figures in the community, providing much-needed advice to families seeking support for their older loved ones, and signposting to other helpful groups and services. The CQC recognised the impact of this, crediting teams for keeping older people connected to their communities.
