At Apollo Care, we believe that the strength of our franchise network lies in the depth of our training, support, and the people behind it. As a family-run business, we’ve always been passionate about helping our franchisees build successful, sustainable care businesses, and that commitment continues to evolve as we expand our team of associated experts.

This year, we’re delighted to welcome Jen Chapman and Louis Worth to our extended support network. Both bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience that will further enhance the guidance and mentoring available to our franchise partners.

Expanding Expertise to Support Growth

Our network has grown significantly over the past year, with new territories such as Apollo Care Cheltenham and Apollo Care Huddersfield joining the family. To ensure every franchisee receives the same hands-on, personalised support that defines Apollo Care, we’ve continued to invest in specialist expertise.

· Jen Chapman brings extensive mental health support to our business owners. We know that being a business owner isn’t always easy. With Jen and her resources now an option for franchisees to explore, Apollo Care can equip our teams to resilience in the workplace, in a way that promotes good mental health.

· Louis Worth joins with a background in compliance and strategic development, supporting franchisees to maintain the highest standards of quality and governance. With quarterly compliance sessions, and an open channel of communication with our franchisees, Loui has certainly bolstered out the compliance support we can offer.

Together, they strengthen our existing team and ensure our franchisees benefit from a truly holistic support system - from the moment they join, through launch, and well into their growth phase.

From Induction to Ongoing Mentorship

Every new Apollo Care franchisee begins their journey with a comprehensive five-day residential inductionprogramme, where they meet our leadership team, industry experts, and network peers. This immersive experience provides an in-depth understanding of the Apollo Care business model, operational systems, and brand values.

This forms part of each franchisee receiving nine months of structured mentoring, including one-to-one coaching, performance check-ins, and guidance from our expert team. This blend of training and personalised support ensures that every partner has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to run a successful, ethical business in their local community. After the first 9 months, our support doesn’t stop. New franchisees will then be assigned a dedicated support manager and have monthly strategy sessions and biannual business planning meetings, 10x training sessions a year, access to Roundtable session to share best practise and will attend our annual Apollo Care Conference.
