In joining the Apollo Care Family, you become part of a business with a 'heart' that, while making a healthy, competitive profit, is primarily about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

This franchise operates in a UK market worth over £5.5Billion and Growing!

The market size, measured by revenue, of the UK Domiciliary Care industry was £5.6bn in 2023, and is anticipated to grow to £5.7bn in 2024. This industry sector has increased faster than the UK economy overall over the past five years, and has grown 2.3% per year on average between 2018 and 2023*.

In joining the Apollo Care Family, you become part of a business with a 'heart' that, while making a profit, is still, fundamentally, about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

It’s not just about Care. It’s about CARING. At Apollo, we do not compromise on the 'caring'. Our success and growth are directly attributable to the extra lengths we go to in order to ensure our clients get the care they really deserve.

Our quality, personal approach provides an enriching, empowering, and engaging service. All care staff are hired directly by us. We only recruit the best in the profession to ensure that our high standards and outstanding reputation are never compromised. The Apollo Care franchise gives people the chance to take control of their lives and build a business that is centred on helping others.

Your Investment

While the Apollo Care franchise fee is £36,000 + VAT you do only need to have £18,000 + VAT in readily available liquid funds, as the balance can be funded via high street banks, franchise financing specialists, OR you may even qualify for a loan from the Government Backed Business Start-Up Scheme. We are on hand to help you with any of these options.

There are other fixed and variable costs, but your total investment will only be in the region of £50,000 + VAT.

Training & Support

Previous care industry experience is not necessary as Apollo Care offers a competitive training and support package, which has been created to support and fast track your social care business from day one. They do, however, limit the number of new franchisees able to join their business each year, as they want to be sure they have the capacity to support you. PLUS, their support won’t end once you’re up and running, they are always at the other end of the phone for you.

The training includes, but is not limited to:

  • Initial training plus 12-month management development training
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Marketing materials & assistance
  • Care Planner software
  • CQC registration and CQC compliance and update service
  • HR advice and training
  • Policies and procedure manual and all documentation
  • Care package solution and access training
  • Webpage on their website and the set-up of social media business pages
  • Dedicated franchise support manager

Ideal Franchisee Attributes

Our franchisees come from all walks of life, with a variety of different backgrounds, and are of different ages - we like this as it creates a rich and diverse realm of expertise that can be drawn upon. They do however, all have the same underlying aptitudes and characteristics.

First and foremost, they care. They show great levels of empathy and have a social conscience for the communities they are living in and working with. They are looking to build long-term relationships with their clients and care staff.

They have leadership skills as well as strong organisational and communication skills. They work extremely hard, are committed to personal growth, are ambitious and are keen to learn. Their positive attitudes and resilient outlook show how determined they are to succeed. They are enthusiastic individuals who work so well as a team too, learning from each other and sharing best practices.
