Ableworld Franchise Conference 2025: “Embracing the Vision”
Ableworld’s annual franchise conference returned this year with unprecedented energy and engagement, hosted at the stunning Cranage Hall Hotel.
Themed “Embracing the Vision”, the event offered a unique opportunity for franchisees, partners, and the Ableworld team to come together, share insights, celebrate achievements, and look forward to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
From the outset, the conference set a tone of innovation, collaboration, and inspiration. Attendees were welcomed into an agenda packed with expert speakers, interactive sessions, and valuable networking opportunities, all designed to showcase the strength of the Ableworld network and the exciting direction of the mobility retail sector.
One of the highlights of the event was the lineup of inspiring speakers who shared their expertise and vision. Six & Flow led a session on HubSpot marketing, offering practical strategies to help franchisees maximize their digital presence, improve customer engagement, and drive local growth. Their insights demonstrated how modern marketing tools can be leveraged to create a truly customer-centric approach—an ethos at the heart of Ableworld’s franchise model.
The conference also explored the future of mobility technology, with Electric Mobility presenting innovations such as LiFe batteries and other cutting-edge developments set to transform the industry. Franchisees left with a clear understanding of how emerging
technologies could enhance their offerings, improve operational efficiency, and provide customers with safer, more reliable solutions.
Internal updates formed another critical component of the day. Ableworld’s leadership team provided briefings on standards, cybersecurity, and stairlift innovations, ensuring that every franchisee is equipped with the knowledge and tools to maintain the highest levels of service and compliance. These sessions reinforced the brand’s commitment to operational excellence and the ongoing support franchisees can expect as part of the network.
A series of breakout sessions on leadership and vision offered attendees a chance to dive deeper into topics critical for business growth. Led by Ableworld’s Non-Executive Directors, Paul Boniface and Ken Deary FCCA, QFP, these sessions encouraged franchisees to reflect on their own leadership styles, develop strategic thinking, and explore ways to align their individual personal and business goals with the broader vision of the network.
The conference culminated in a celebratory awards ceremony, recognising franchisees who have demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation, and dedication over the past 12 months. The accolades reflected the hard work and commitment of the network, and provided a moment to highlight success stories that inspire both current and prospective franchisees.
