Home Instead to Speak at bfa Women, Working, Well Conference 2013

Two senior women from at-home care franchise Home Instead Senior Care, Franchisor of the Year 2013, will be guest speakers at the Women, Working, Well Conference, organised by the British Franchise Association (bfa) at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham, Tuesday 12 November.

Director Sam Brocklebank, co-founder of the UK franchise and Ruth Brown, Head of Franchise Development will deliver an interactive case study workshop on “Being an award-winning franchise.”

The workshop is intended to give delegates an insight into what makes Home Instead a success, why they stand out from the crowd and what impact this has on their franchisees.

Sam Brocklebank is relishing the opportunity to tell the Home Instead success story:

“We have won many awards for both the success of our business and the quality of our care. We hope that we will communicate our business ethos and provide a thought provoking and lively session for the delegates.”

Sam holds a degree in Information Technology and has enjoyed a successful career in business, helping grow the Home Instead national network to over 150 franchisees. Ruth graduated from Manchester University and has made her career in franchising. Both women were drawn towards making a difference in the care sector after experiencing the shortcomings of care providers when accessing care for their own family members.
