After years of running my own personal training business, I realised it was limited by my time and capacity. The business was doing well, but growth relied heavily on having the right people in the right roles. It was clear we had hit a ceiling, and I began searching for a concept that could scale more effectively and help more people improve their health.

That’s when I discovered fit20. Initially, I was sceptical—how could just 20 minutes a week really make a difference?
