Tutor Doctor, the global leader in in-home and online tutoring, is celebrating a major achievement after being named the top education franchise in the UK. In the highly competitive Elite Franchise Top 100 (EF100) rankings, the brand clinched an impressive 20^th place overall – a title the brand will proudly hold throughout 2025. 

The EF100, launched in 2017 in collaboration with HSBC, honours the UK’s leading franchises, evaluating them based on a wide range of factors, including financial performance, heritage, community contribution and innovation.

This ranking highlights the success of Tutor Doctor’s latest innovation, the Schools Delivery Programme – a significant contributor to the brand’s global success in recent years. Launched in 2023 after two years of development, this initiative has driven significant growth within the franchise network.

Since its inception, Tutor Doctor franchisees have partnered with over 570 schools nationwide, supporting an additional 5,900 students. The network’s turnover has increased by an impressive 114% year-on-year, and franchisees who piloted the programme each surpassing £1 million in turnover. Currently, 66% of all franchisee work is conducted through schools and local authorities, underscoring the programme’s success and demand.

Finalists will gather at an awards ceremony on Thursday 13^th March 2025 at Leonardo Royal, St Paul’s in Central London, where several additional awards will be given to brands showcasing outstanding performance – ranging from sustainability to diversity and inclusion.
