As part of the lease to the successful applicant, we are planning to invest in complete interior and exterior decorations. We will also create an external seating area to the front elevation over the parking spaces, including benches, new signage and lighting and picturesque planting. The pub is a prominent building fronting the high street with a loyal customer base. Our research data shows this market is there and waiting for a great publican.
There is ample opportunity to develop trade in the quieter days of the week with events and food themes, live sport on TV and to promote the business using social channels and enhanced website in the digital space. The trade space has three distinct areas. There’s also a separate games room with darts and a pool table. Ideal operator
We’re looking for a dynamic, astute, and hard-working Publican to take charge of this lovely pub. You’ll lead from the front, be the face of the business and be able to draw upon and develop your excellent hospitality sector skills. You’ll be a perfectionist, delivering consistently ambitious standards of guest service and you'll also have the creative mind necessary to flex business needs depending on weather, season, and events. You’ll need to develop darts and pool teams and establish associations with local football and rugby clubs.
We’re seeking a talented operator with experience of delivering delicious pub food, events, and sports—someone who puts guests front and centre of everything they do.
