Step into the role of pub operator at the historic Devon & Cornwall Inn in the picturesque village of Millbrook. This 17th-century inn boasts traditional features such as stone floors and an open fire, making it a beloved community centrepiece. But we’re not just looking for someone to maintain the status quo – we want an innovative and dynamic operator and entrepreneur to take the pub to the next level.
We have recently completed an outside investment, installing a covered area with festoon lighting and heating. There are new garden fixtures and fittings, and the side passage is now connected to the garden. Internal furniture and fixtures have also received an upgrade for maximum curb appeal.
If you’re up for the challenge, you’ll have access to a large open-plan trading area for over thirty guests and a rear garden that can seat forty. You’ll also maximise the potential of five lovely en suite letting rooms. They’re perfect for weddings and visitors to the area.
