Catterick is a big town to only have 2 Pubs. In addition the population is growing with quite alot of ongoing residential development in the area.
The 2 Pubs - Hunters and JTs around the corner are well placed to benefit.
Hunters was a small simple 100% wet traditional community pub. Its never going to complete with a Wetherspoons but its a business and a home. Its a way of life, a chance to be part of a community and with a decent flat above and very low overheads, there is a profit to be made.
