The system connects customers, plumbers and administrators in one platform. Customers can book plumbing services online, choose ASAP or scheduled appointments, upload problem photos and track job progress.
Plumbers can view assigned jobs, update work status, upload before-and-after photos, record labour and material costs, and manage cash payments.
The Admin and Dispatcher portal allows the business owner to manage bookings, assign plumbers, control services and pricing, monitor job progress, review payments and revenue reports, and manage worker accounts.
The platform includes a modern web application, a mobile app for field plumbers, a secure API backend and a PostgreSQL database.
