Ace Linen has been established in Worcester for over 22 years, and blossomed into a very busy laundry. We have over the counter customers, who regulatory bring in their duvets, wash and dry, dry cleaning and ironing etc We also have a very successful and lucrative linen hire service. We supply hotels, restaurant, colleges as well as private households and offer a daily pick up and delivery service to these establishments.
We are located in a very busy built up residential area (WR3), with a Post Office, Fish and Chip Shop, Hair Dressers and other local amenities next door and across the road. We have free customer parking directly outside our premises which is part of the tenancy.
All machinery is owned and fully paid for by the business and is included in the price of the sale. This includes, but is not limited to:
6 Industrial washing machines, 5 driers, 2 ironers and a branded delivery van. All hotel and restaurant linen is included.
Our turnover is on average £170k + PA. No rates are charged on the business premises as these fall under the rate-able rent value in the area.
