The Laser Clinic Group is inviting applications from suitable owner-operators interested in opening a premium aesthetic clinic in an available UK territory.
Founded in 2012, TLC has developed its approach through practical experience running clinics, building teams and supporting client journeys. The group currently operates clinics in Uxbridge and Windsor and has an exclusive UK distribution relationship with Biotec Italia.
The clinic model is designed around laser hair removal as a key client-acquisition service, supported by additional treatment pathways including skin, pigmentation, vascular, rejuvenation, focused ultrasound and selected body treatments. The proposed equipment configuration includes Biotec Italia platforms such as Xlase Plus, CFU Èlife and Coaxmed One. Final equipment selection and clinical scope are assessed for each location.
Franchisees lead their own local business, with central support that can include:
- Use of The Laser Clinic Group brand and operating model
- Territory and premises planning
- Launch preparation and operating systems
- CRM, enquiry forms and automated client follow-up
- Campaign and offer development
- Appointment-setting support
- Operational guidance and training development
- Client retention, reactivation and review-generation systems
The introductory franchise fee is £9,995 + VAT for the first 10 approved franchisees, reduced from the standard fee of £20,000 + VAT. The ongoing royalty is 12% of clinic turnover excluding VAT, subject to the final franchise agreement. The proposed initial term is five years.
This is a franchise opportunity, not the sale of an existing clinic. Equipment, premises, fit-out, staffing, advertising, working capital and other launch costs are additional and will depend on the chosen territory and business plan. Asset finance may be considered subject to lender approval.
In suitable cases, TLC may also explore the acquisition of an existing aesthetics clinic as an alternative route. Any acquisition would be assessed separately and would depend on the availability and due diligence of a suitable business.
Territories are subject to availability, location assessment and approval. The opportunity is intended for committed owner-operators who want to build a local clinic with an established operating heritage and central support.
