South Africa: Proper physical bank account with Standard Bank.
United Arab Emirates: Proper physical bank account with Emirates Islamic Bank. The UAE entity also has card processing capabilities with Network.ae, the largest payment gateway in the UAE.
Licenses:
MT4 dedicated server license.
MT5 Enterprise version license under the old pricing structure of MetaQuotes.
Both MT4 and MT5 licenses are held by a UK limited company. The UK company does not have a bank account but owns the two licenses.
Clients and Revenue:
4 White Label clients generating approximately USD 37,550 in revenue every month.
Database:
2 to 3 million retail Forex leads.
Daily generation of new leads.
Mauritius FSC Licensed Entity:
License: Licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius.
MT4 & MT5 White Labels: Provided by the above-mentioned Fintech Company.
Liquidity Provider: The Mauritius entity acts as a liquidity provider to the South African entity as a Derivative Issuer.

Bank Accounts: Proper bank accounts for client segregated funds and company operating funds.
