Based in the UK the Company sells its products in 74 countries to a network of some 250 direct distributors, retailers and distributors.

The Net Asset Value at completion will be £4.97m. Any movement away from this target NAV figure in the final balance sheet will be added to or subtracted from the final sale price on a £ for £ basis.
