Criccieth is located on the Llyn Peninsula overlooking Tremadog Bay in the County of Gwynedd. Known as the ‘Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this attractive Victorian seaside resort is popular with tourists and renowned for its two fantastic beaches, its promenade and its traditional Welsh charm. Notable nearby attractions include Criccieth Castle which was originally built by Llywelyn the Great in the early 13th century. The town is within easy reach of Snowdonia National Park and there are plenty of walking trails in the area including the Criccieth Heritage Walk and the North Wales Coast Path. Criccieth lies on the A497, the main road running through the southern Llyn Peninsula from Porthmadog to Pwllheli, and the B4411 from the town runs to Caernarfon via the A487 northbound. Criccieth Station is directly adjacent to the property and is served by trains running on the Cambrian Coast Line between Pwllheli and Machynlleth.

This end terrace property has been hugely invested in over recent years with a new two section trade area, generous sized trade kitchen and modernisation and reconfiguration of the owners’ accommodation. Externally, the property has benefitted from decoration to the rendering and a new slate roof (fitted in 2023).
