This is the proposed asset sale of all manufacturing, IP and design rights for the AeroElvira Sprint basic light trainer aircraft. The package also includes a demonstrator aircraft G-SCLX (not the one pictured) and parts and a full package of assistance from the current technical and leadership team.
The Sprint is a basic training aircraft, and combines a number of technical and operational aspects which make it suitable for both civilian and military applications.
Currently the Sprint program is under the full ownership and control of AutoElvira Ltd. The existing team have put much effort into upgrading and improving the aircraft for modern demands, and there are very few competing aircraft currently available.
Whilst the program does require additional investment and marketing it comes to market as an ideal opportunity to acquire an EASA/CAA Type Certified aircraft and continue development.
The Sprint aircraft combines:
- Full aerobatic capability
- A glass cockpit and digital connectivity options
- Cockpit ergonomics suitable for military training
- Airborne abandonment certification, meeting military requirements
- Excellent handling characteristics for basic flight training
- Aluminium airframe allowing simple maintenance and repair
- 3 main variants including a Rotax powered version capable of using unleaded fuels
