The Company is an international education community connecting schools and educators around the world to support collaboration, knowledge sharing and international learning opportunities. It connects educators with over 9,000+ schools across 140+ countries, supported by relationships with academy trusts, education authorities and international agents. The Company is now developing new technology capabilities to evolve this established community into a broader education platform.
The Company is seeking to raise £2.5M of capital to accelerate expansion across international education. Funding will support targeted acquisitions, new technology development, expansion of the academy-trust and international agent channels, and greater cross-selling across the existing school community. This will provide multiple avenues to broaden its geographic reach, increase recurring and contracted revenues, and build a more scalable international education platform.
