History and Ownership:
Quicklase continued to expand, earning an excellent reputation, and establishing a prominent client base, its clients here in the UK, Europe, Middle East and world-wide. At present, the shareholding of the Company is equally divided between the Directors, Ros and Fadi Nahab. The Company has all IPs, trademarks, know-how, copyrights, registrations, and certifications needed to sell its contract-manufactured well-known brand lasers. The new owners can continue selling immediately from any location. During the handover period, our clients will work with the buyer on an ongoing basis to familiarise them with suppliers, existing clients, certifying bodies and product development. Additionally, the Directors are willing to discuss the possibility of selling the laser whitening formula which can be used with the dental lasers.
