You lead the business. You set the direction, track the numbers and build local relationships, usually in a few hours a week once the branch is set up. Your Care Manager looks after recruiting carers, care planning, rotas, compliance and client care.
About Percurra
Percurra has been providing domiciliary care since 2008, when it was founded in Nottingham by Gill Heppell. It now has around 15 service areas. The brand offers private and personal-budget care for older people and working-age adults, which gives a franchise more than one source of income.
