The business operates primarily around East Anglia and Essex and specialises in placing staff into healthcare settings. The bulk of the income is generated from temporary placements, albeit some of the contracts extend to longer periods.
The turnover is around £1m pa leading to a gross profit of c£285k. The business can be run independently of the owner.
The vendor is open to a deal whereby only the contracts are acquired, or whether the business is sold as a going concern with the office, staff, brand and goodwill etc are purchased.
