There are several avenues that could be explored to enhance the earning potential of Seastar. The simplest and probably most requested would be to offer short breaks which offer greater income potential due to the uptick in price which is normally accepted. Additionally, Seastar could potentially sleep larger groups and therefore command a higher tariff with expansion into the loft space subject to the usual permissions, fire regulations and so on. Our pricing structure remains 'competitive' for the type of holiday we offer and this has been our personal choice but there is certainly potential to revise the pricing structure and expenditure.
