After launching in 2021, we soon became the preferred supplier of debt collection and services to the British Franchise Association with our tried-and-tested automated process. In 2023, we launched ourselves into franchising.

FRANCHISEE SUPPORT

The Money Collectors runs its own Training School to teach you how to succeed as a debt collector working under our brand.

We’ll ensure you gain all the knowledge required to run a debt collection agency, prospect and sell your services and, of course, how to deal with clients and debtors.

Our training also brings you a comprehensive toolkit, including:

  • Lead generation
  • Client onboarding
  • CRM system
  • Reporting
  • All legal services
  • Staff recruitment and training
  • Agency setup

Your six-day training course (hotel accommodation, food and travel all-inclusive) consists of two three-day parts at our Head Office:

  1. The first three days are for initial training, focusing on Setup, running the CRM system, attracting clients, debt collection, effective reporting, legal services and marketing & PR.
  2. The next three days come after your business is up and running. You’ll look at advanced debt collecting, the Psychology of Collections, Q&A/shared experiences and roleplay.

This is followed up with continuing 9am-5pm support every day from when you commence business.

You will also receive our Operations Manual and other training materials.

FRANCHISEE REQUIREMENTS

A sound financial background is required, though no previous experience in debt collection is necessary.

You should be numerate, good with people, and an excellent listener and decision-maker.

A TYPICAL DAY AS A FRANCHISEE

Your primary duties as a franchisee include prospecting for business, networking, dealing with clients and debtors, communicating via phone and letter, admin., accounting and reporting.
