WHAT DOES A FRANCHISEE’S TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

Your customers will consist of landlords, estate agents and property management companies.

Your primary focus is finding, initiating and developing relationships with the above and providing high customer service to obtain and maintain clients.

A client base of four high street agents could generate a turnover of 100k per annum.

To get an idea of expected income depends on whether you work alone or build a team (you can, of course, start with the former and move to the latter later). Alone, it would reap a gross profit of approx. 80%. With a team of self-employed members, your gross would be around 40%, while PAYE inventory clerks will hit a gross of 60% and the ability to grow your business.
