SUPPORTING EVERY MONSTER

The Monster Junk franchisee onboarding programme includes a 10-part training course, delivered online at your pace, on the industry, the Monster Junk methods, systems and procedures, and support with getting the correct licences and registrations to start trading.

We’ll take you through how to price jobs profitably and build repeat business in your area.

You’ll get another couple of days’ training in the field when you begin trading and support from central services from day one.

Your sales and bookings will be managed centrally, and you’ll be in constant contact with the call centre as you go about your jobs, so you’re never alone.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MONSTER

Each working day begins by checking your app for the day’s bookings and preparing your vehicle and team. Each day, you might have six or eight bookings at different addresses within your area organised for you as efficiently as possible.

If, for any reason, you are unavailable - for example, a doctor’s appointment or school play - you can block the time off using your app.

Each booking involves a phone call to let the client know you’re on the way, photographing the job before and after, taking payment and giving the customer the correct paperwork.

When the vehicle is loaded, you’ll remove any saleable items and take what remains to a nearby licensed waste transfer partner for recycling. Then you go on to your next booking.

It’s not unusual to generate over £1,000 a day in sales with healthy profit margins.

The paperwork is minimal; you can run the business using the iPad and pre-printed stationery provided. It couldn’t be simpler!
