SUPPORT AND TRAINING

If you’re a salesperson with passion, LLL could be the right fit for you!

Every franchisee receives our specialised sales training and a complete manual that covers every step of the process. You’ll also have the support of weekly team meetings to discuss leads for sales and partners.

When we onboard you and get you live, we’ll help set up your first few partners. We’ll support your marketing and complete all your finances. We simply need a weekly record of new sales, costs and timings. You’ll also receive help with support, accounts and all the tech. We’re constantly updating our app and evolving our business model to keep up with trends and ensure we stay ahead.

FRANCHISEE REQUIREMENTS

We’re seeking sales pros with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrive on challenges, share an eagerness to learn and take a customer-centric approach to all they do.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRANCHISEE

No previous experience in the sector is required!

A typical day involves:

  • Agreeing new offers, sending out agreements and ensuring they come back in.
  • Your main job will be cold calling, along with sending over agreements and getting all the details and photos ready on Monday so we can ensure the builds are on our app.
  • You’ll ensure people know about you, networking and working on your LinkedIn account.
  • Emailing potential customers and making sure existing ones are OK. Customer service is kept to the highest standards, so we always reply on the same day.
  • Every day is different and fun! You get to make appointments and meet HR teams and bosses. Once we secure an appointment, we’ve found that customers love how we disrupt the E&B markets by looking after local businesses on our doorstep.
  • Franchisees are expected to find local offers to integrate into our app. Once you have some headline-exciting offers, they can go live.
