There’s no upfront franchise fee – just a reasonable monthly admin contribution – and you will run your exclusive territory. It comes with 75,000-80,000 residential properties plus all the commercial properties in your region.

The monthly contribution gives you the following:

Full training and ongoing support through 24/7 access to our Proprietary online Learner Management System to help you train in your own time towards Industry Standard Qualifications. You will also receive access to VA, our design team and the social media management team, access to pre-prepared social media templates, fully branded social media accounts, a dedicated phone number and a company email account

We provide you with six hours per week of guided learning and operational support (ongoing-every week or as and when required)

We will work with you to help you learn the industry if you have yet to gain experience in an estate agency, helping you prepare for the PropertyMark exams and guiding you in sales pipeline development to get your business.
