Investment + Returns

The total initial investment varies from £90k - £130k depending on your business plan. Thanks to our proven track record, 70% bank funding is available subject to status, so you can get started with £40,000 of your own funds. This includes working capital to cover costs during the CQC certification process and then the time to build your new business up to deliver ongoing profits.

Your aim, to build a £1.5m turnover / c.10k hours care business in your first territory. The financial returns can be very impressive, both ongoing and at sale.

We focus on what matters most for you at the different stages of your businesses journey – starting with 18-months of dedicated, specialist training through our unique CYW Academy.

Ongoing mentoring and support for:

• launch and ongoing marketing and sales
• business planning and financial management
• recruitment of your RM, carers and management team
• training and support on our franchisee App ‘Franchise Base’
• advice on client funding consultations
• regulatory compliance with CQC/HR/H&S/HMRC
