As a Promedica24 (PM24) Home Care Franchisee, you will offer people in your local area the opportunity to receive personalised care while continuing to live in their own homes. Your franchise will adapt its services to meet the unique needs, routines and activities of people, ensuring that each individual receives the care they require.

Your Role as a Franchisee

As the PM24 Franchisee, your primary role involves the growth, leadership, management and development of the Home Care Franchise business. You will need to build a robust team around you to support your objectives, as handling all responsibilities single-handedly will not be feasible. This team will be crucial in helping you achieve your business goals.

As the Franchisee, you will lead and establish your team, support and manage your Registered Manager, ensure training, compliance and quality are maintained as well as oversee recruitment activities. You will also handle the financing and accounting for the business, ensuring all requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are met.
