Caremark recognised as one of the fastest-hiring companies in the UK by Indeed

Caremark, a leading provider of home care services, is proud to announce its recognition by leading recruitment website Indeed as one of the fastest-hiring companies in the UK. This accolade highlights Caremark's significant growth and ongoing commitment to meeting the increasing demand for high-quality home care services.

The list released by Indeed puts Caremark ahead of big names like Specsavers and Tesco in terms of hiring efficiency. The speed of the recruitment process is significantly important to jobseekers who are out of work and a quick hire is obviously beneficial for the employer¹. On top of this, more job seekers than ever are looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career, not just another job to pay the bills² - so this new ranking by Indeed has been warmly received by the home care company.

While care staff retention at Caremark has already improved by 37% in the past year, the rate at which the franchise recruits is still going strong due to its expansion. The company has also seen its turnover increase by 17.6% and opened 10 more franchises within the past 12 months, indicating why the need for its personalised home care is so high³.

Caremark’s rapid hiring reflects the growing need for professional and compassionate care assistants. As the population ages, the demand for quality home care services continues to rise, making careers in this sector more essential than ever. Despite the critical nature of this work, it’s often reported that careers in care often do not receive the recognition they deserve.
