TaxAssist Accountants announced as finalist for prestigious Accounting Excellence Award

The TaxAssist Support Centre in Norwich is delighted after being shortlisted for the In-house Marketing Campaign of the Year award, as part of the Accounting Excellence Awards 2024.

The annual awards are a highlight of the accountancy industry, showcasing forward-thinking accountancy firms, teams and individuals. All 28 categories are judged by a line-up of industry experts and senior professionals covering a wide range of specialisms from within and outside the accounting community.

Kelly Chick, Head of Group Marketing, said: “Being nominated as a finalist, for the second consecutive year, is a huge achievement.

“I’m incredibly proud of the Support Centre team who do an outstanding job of supporting our network of over 200 UK accountants and their 81,000 clients.

“In March we unveiled our refreshed brand identity at a special launch event at Silverstone which is the basis for our award nomination. This followed a research project regarding our branding, with the objective to modernise, to reflect who TaxAssist is today and our range of services. On the day of launch, all digital assets transitioned to the new branding, including websites and social media channels.

“Since then, we have been overwhelmed with the positive response from our network and their clients. In terms of evidence of measurable impact, it’s been tremendous to hear further positive feedback from our accountants who feel the brand refresh has helped increase shop walk-ins and that more people are stopping to look at the new window and digital screen advertisements.

“In addition, the rebrand and adopting our new strapline ‘We can do more for you’, has increased website engagement, reduced the bounce rate and strengthened our market position and readiness to meet evolving client needs.”

The winners of the awards will be announced at a ceremony at the Round House in Camden, London on the 8th October 2024.
